My mom was visiting from out of state and having some problems with her hearing aids, so we called to see if they might be able to offer some suggestions. Jessica welcomed us to stop by, so we headed straight over where she showed us how to replace the tips of the hearing aids and even replaced a small part which was keeping one of them from staying in my mom’s ear. She was very kind, sincere, and tremendously helpful. As soon as we walked out of the door, my mom said, “I can hear 100% better!” That means so much to me and her. Thank you again Jessica!
